- Confirmation:
We summarise the details of the car you are to rent; you confirm that this is what you want. You are transferred to our secure server where you enter your credit card (or debit card) details. Once completed you will be issued your booking reference, which you can print off. You will also receive an email copy sent to the address specified in your application. If you book you car through our call centre you will receive a booking confirmation in the post. If for whatever reason we are unable to fulfil your booking or source a suitable car for your rental, we will contact you within 48 hours of booking and offer a full refund.

-Payment:
Your credit card details will not be retained by Online Travel Group, only by the acquiring bank. In the case of a suspected fraudulent transaction, card details may be disclosed to the store/merchant for the sole purpose of performing further checks. The store/merchant is not permitted to retain these details.

- Contract:
Your initial contract for placing your car rental booking with an approved supplier is between you as the customer and the Online Travel Group. This applies to the reservation and prepaid rental. Upon collection of the vehicle you will be required to enter into a car rental contractual hire agreement directly with the individual supplier. Which governs directly the terms and conditions of the rental. Please ensure that you read the rental agreement and terms & conditions very carefully and address any queries immediately with the counter staff at the rental location.

- Customer Services:
The Online Travel Group endeavours to provide you the highest level of service. If however you have a query or the level of service or product fails to meet your expectations then please refer to our customer services department.

- Cancellation & Amendments:
If you need to cancel your car please contact our customer services department who will endeavour to respond to you within 1 working day. You will need to quote your booking reference number so we can locate your booking quickly. There may be a charge made for cancelling your booking dependant on the individual supplier. This could be up to 100% of the rental cost, therefore we strongly recommend you take out the cancellation protection available at a cost of £5 when you book. This allows you to change or cancel your booking, free of charge, up to 24 hours before you go.

- Privacy:
Your e-mail address: When you browse our site we do not log your e-mail address unless you provide it as part of a purchase or as a request for information. No e-mails will be sent in future unless you have given your consent to receive useful marketing and promotional material.
